Semi rollover on I-10 in West Valley

A semi-truck rollover caused the HOV lanes blocked in both directions on 1-10 Thursday morning, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The mini-stack caused traffic at I-17 to the West valley, said the ADOT's Twitter account.
