Update

The California-based company, which plans to fill 150 positions by next year in sales, publishing, editing, engineering and information technology, develops patented digital privacy and online reputation management solutions for consumers and businesses.

"Arizona is home to a vibrant and growing tech community," Michael Fertik, Reputation.com's chief executive officer and founder, said in a statement. "The quality, energy and entrepreneurial nature of the workforce here make this a very exciting place for Reputation.com's newest expansion."

Reputation.com's technology lets individuals be aware of information about them, remove personal data that could be used by cybercriminals and manage search results. The company uses a cloud-based platform to monitor, manage, analyze and respond to consumer feedback on online review sites and social media.

"We're actively recruiting professionals who share our passion for empowering people online," said Colleen McCreary, Chief People Officer at Reputation.com. "That appetite is the common denominator which fuels the fire here, whether you're developing our digital privacy solutions or selling our enterprise reputation management platform."

Reputation.com launched in 2006 and is funded by venture capital firms and serves customers in 100 countries.

The digital privacy provider plans to hire 150 workers for the facility.
