Lindy Lou Layman is accused of damaging $300,000 worth of art in 49-year-old attorney Anthony Buzbee’s home Saturday.

A high-profile Texas attorney's first date on Saturday did not go as planned. In fact, it ended in an arrest.

29-year-old Lindy Lou Layman is accused of damaging $300,000 worth of art in 49-year-old attorney Anthony Buzbee’s home.

The damaged artwork included two original Andy Warhol paintings.

What happened?

Prosecutors say Layman was intoxicated, so Buzbee called her an Uber.

"She at some point appeared too intoxicated and she was asked to leave. She wouldn’t and got angry because she didn’t want to leave,” Buzbee told the Texas Lawyer magazine.

Police say Layman refused to leave the attorney’s $14 million-dollar Houston mansion and hid inside the house, KHOU reports.

"It’s not the first time I’ve had guests at a party of mine over-imbibe. Most leave when you ask them. She didn’t," he added.

That's when pandemonium broke out.

Layman yelled obscenities and tore three original works of art from the wall when Buzbee ordered her a second Uber, according to Harris County court documents obtained by KHOU. Two of those were Andy Warhol paintings valued at $500,000 each.

Layman then threw two sculptures — valued at $20,000 each — across the room. Court documents also say she poured red wine on the paintings.

When all was said and done, authorities said Layman caused $300,000 worth of damage.

KHOU reports Layman was granted $30,000 bond earlier this week.

The Dallas native told the judge she worked as a court reporter for nine years, according to the network.
