Benson: Standing Rock isn't over yet

The Standing Rock Sioux have protested the Dakota Access Pipeline for months.

They don't want Big Oil crossing their reservation.

But though the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has denied a permit to route the petroleum pipeline across the reservation, the battle may only just be beginning. Even if the Obama administration has backed off, work could continue into the Trump administration, which appears far more friendly to oil than the tribe.
