A luxury smart home in north Scottsdale complete with motion-activated toilets, a tub fitted out with sound waves, bed connected to sleep apps, solar-activated skylights, tablet-controlled video security and a hybrid Mercedes with its own charging system in the garage is being given away.

It's home-design network HGTV’s 2017 smart house.

To win the house, SUV and $100,000, people can enter twice a day on HGTV’s website between April 12 and June 2.

We got an early peek at the home near Whisper Rock Golf Club in the wealthy 85266 ZIP code.

An exact value has not been put on the 3,300-square-foot home, but the entire prize package is valued at $1.5 million, said HGTV’s Kristin Alm.

The decked-out house, designed with a Southwestern look by Candelaria Design Associates, was built by Eagle Luxury Properties. Both firms are based in Scottsdale.

HGTV’s smart home for 2016 was built in Raleigh, N.C. The winner from Maryland decided not to keep the house, instead opting for an undisclosed cash prize.

An almost million-dollar house does come with a tax bill.

The Raleigh home was later sold for about $900,000, according to the Triangle Business Journal.

The Scottsdale smart home comes with three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a three-car garage.
